Celebrate food, culture and tradition with diverse delicious Asian delicacies at the InterContinental Kuala Lumpur hotel’s all day dining restaurant Serena Brasserie from 13 April to 12 May 2021.
As the sun sets, fuel up with signature offerings such as beautifully cooked Kambing Bakar Chef Yussof; rich and luscious Ikan Merah Tiga Rasa Chef Taza; Nasi Briyani Chef Taza and Nasi Ayam Chef Wong, among others.
The buffet also boasts generous servings of Malay appetizers and ocean-fresh seafood such as Slipper Lobsters, Oysters, Scallops and Mussels. The Indian corner features Chicken Tandoori, Lamb Biryani, and Fish Head Curry. Fans of Oriental cuisine can look forward to Wok-Fried Clams with Kam Heong Sauce.
The extensive spread also spans 8 action stations with à la minute specials prepared on the spot including Murtabak, Tandoori, Rojak, and Kibas Bakar. Other stations include the grilled food featuring Ikan Bakar, Satay, Seafood, Lamb Shoulder, and Beef Steak, a deep-fried station and a dessert station serving Ice Cream, Cendol and Ice Kacang.
To end the dinner on a sweet note, diners will definitely be spoilt for choice with delectable items ranging from western-style desserts such as a chocolate fountain, assorted cakes and local Malay pastries.
